Detects whenever schedules in config/schedule.rb, sidekiq-cron jobs created through Sidekiq::Cron::Job.create or declared under :schedule: in config/sidekiq.yml, clockwork every declarations in clock.rb, and rufus-scheduler cron/every/in/at calls.
