Find Ruby coding conventions

Detect Ruby conventions the Java convention extractor cannot see: snake_case method names, the ? and ! method suffixes, the frozen_string_literal magic comment, require versus require_relative, module namespacing depth, and whether visibility is declared as a section or per method.
