ProprietaryReport bare ordinary invocation arguments that reference an explicitly written formal of their own method or constructor. Retain original declaration, body, parameter, invocation and identifier identities and written source ranges. Written argument ordinals are not target formal ordinals; no incoming-value, execution or runtime-flow inference.
