Find Java method declarations

Report physical written ordinary method and explicit constructor declarations, including bodyless and unattributed declarations, with actual declaration/body IDs and immediate lexical class-body ownership. Distinguish named declarations, anonymous constructions and enum constant bodies using actual cursor edges. Preserve independently nullable scope, type and printer evidence without requiring calls or returns. Does not change sources, invent generated constructors, select source targets or infer runtime dispatch.
