Find Java field receiver sites

Report bounded direct field-initializer and written invocation-receiver links within each physical Java compilation unit. Reuses the existing field and invocation-select collectors, preserves physical alternatives and explicit stops, and reports callback coverage. Missing optional markers remain visible. Does not traverse arguments, unwrap expressions or infer runtime values or execution. Usability requires an independently observed successful, error-free invocation as well as consistent rows and coverage.
