Find Java created-type method owner candidates

Materialize argument-to-local-write recorded-type candidate contexts using four unchanged fact producers. Preserve all physical alternatives and raw nullable evidence, including repeated compilation-unit products. Emit protected compact candidate payloads and explicit coverage; logical limits produce incomplete coverage without truncation. Requires one materializer per group/context and an external immutable VCS/model observation. Does not establish lexical ownership, callback dispatch, reaching definitions or runtime value flow.
