Find Java annotation arguments

Report every explicit Java annotation member expression and attributed source static-final String field. Resolves only String literals/text blocks, parentheses, String+String, typed source field references within the same known project and source-set marker identities/name, and fully resolved String arrays. Preserves exact source spans and auditable typed dependencies without changing sources. Does not evaluate SpEL, full JLS constant expressions, annotation defaults, or runtime permissions.
