Discover and propose TSQ read capacity limits

Proprietary

Discover READQ commands under reusable queue record-size contracts. Require a proven oversized request and a complete destination allocation equal to the approved maximum. Derive the command, length field and immediate response check. Require existing terminal rejection of every non-NORMAL result before consumers. Insert one typed assignment of the approved maximum immediately before each proven oversized read. Preserve the queue, command and existing failure paths. Unknown lengths, partial result checks and conflicting policies remain barriers. Record proven oversized requests separately from missing evidence. No source paths, program IDs, statement lines or field names are required. Application team review remains required.

Optional

Strict version 1 JSON with a rules array. Each rule supplies id, queueName, maximumRecordLength and contractSource. The literal queue policy approves rejecting larger records through every matching read's existing failure path. The maximum must equal the complete INTO allocation. Derive source paths, statement locations, fields and COPY snapshots. Omit policies to inventory READQ candidates without edits.
