Discover and propose table append capacity guards
ProprietaryDiscover adjacent ADD and indexed MOVE operations throughout the input source set. Derive the counter, destination, fixed capacity, source locations and COPY snapshots from the actual program. Reuse the existing append proof and propose guards only for established invalid-subscript witnesses under the approved occupied-row policy. Apply candidates in source order and locate each by its syntax identity after earlier insertions. Keep every original increment, write and failure action. Record exact proof barriers for ambiguous or unsupported source. No files, program IDs, statement lines, caller hashes or local field names are required. Supply all three policy options to propose changes. Omit all three to discover candidates and missing approval without edits. Application-team review remains required.

COUNT_STORED_ROWS approves that every matching ADD 1 and indexed MOVE in the input source set uses its counter as the number of occupied rows. Full or invalid counts must leave before incrementing. No source locations or local field names are supplied.
Existing paragraph approved for full or invalid counts at every matching append. It must report incomplete output and preserve required cleanup, messages and transaction behavior. An optional IN or OF section qualifier is supported. The recipe independently proves that the actual paragraph terminates in each program.
Provenance of the reusable occupied-row and overflow policy covering every matching append in the input source set. The recipe records this approval and does not infer it from local variable names.
