Analyze Db2 SELECT key bindings

Map SELECT equality-predicate hosts to every matching repository-visible unique-key declaration. Require a qualified table and plain unquoted names. Resolve each host variable to an ordinary scalar COBOL declaration. Keep unknown mappings explicit and retain each DDL source separately. A missing key column is structural evidence only. This does not infer an active schema, duplicate-precheck intent, matching INSERT values, type compatibility or SQLCODE handling. Source remains unchanged.
