Analyze Db2 INSERT key bindings

Map explicit single-row INSERT host variables to every matching repository-visible unique-key declaration. Require a qualified table and plain unquoted names. Resolve each host variable to an ordinary scalar COBOL declaration. Keep unknown mappings explicit and retain each DDL source separately. This does not infer the active schema, type compatibility, default values, pre-check completeness or SQLCODE handling. Source remains unchanged.
