Analyze COBOL caller and COPY snapshots

Proprietary

Record SHA-256 hashes for an exact caller and its complete resolved data COPY sources. Require ordinary source, plain unquoted data COPY statements, UTF-8 without a byte order mark and at most 64 distinct COPY names. Report missing sources, unsupported modes and conflicting resolutions without changing code. Names are normalized to uppercase without surrounding quotes. Comments and line endings remain part of each content hash. These values make proposed changes reviewable against both caller and copybook revisions. They do not establish approval, classification, authentication or interface semantics. A remediation must compare independently approved hashes with the current source. It must not treat newly collected hashes as prior approval.
