Generate OpenLineage column lineage

Write the portfolio's column lineage as an OpenLineage document: each program is a job, each file, queue, map, IMS segment, DB2 table or terminal it reaches is a dataset, and each COBOL field is a column, carrying the route the value took as the transformation description so an edge can be checked against the source. Events are written without an eventTime, because a document that has to be committed and diffed cannot carry a clock — stamp them at ingest.

This recipe reads a data table that another recipe populates, so it produces nothing on its own. Run it as part of io.moderne.mainframe.prethink.UpdateMainframePrethinkContext.
