Analyze the portfolio's copybooks

Record which library member each COPY resolved to, what every program that copies a copybook does with each of its fields, and the fields a copybook declares differently, or not at all, in the programs that copy it. FindCopybook, FindCopybookImpact and FindCopybookDrift answer the same questions and mark what they found; this one produces the tables and changes nothing.
