Check parse quality

Proprietary

Everything an ingestion has to answer for before its analyses are believed, in one run: the files that failed to parse with the stack trace of each (ParseFailures), what every COPY resolved to (CopybookSource), and the verdict over both with what nothing else records — the procedure, include and SYSIN members a job names that were not supplied, and the files whose type looks wrong (ParseQuality). The SourcesFileErrors and DeserializationErrorTable tables the framework fills alongside complete the picture: a recipe that threw on a source, and an LST that could not be read back.
