List the Db2 unloads and what each would cost to move

Record every Db2 unload the portfolio runs: the dialect its control cards are written in, what in the deck proved that rather than the program name on the EXEC card, the table space and tables it reads, the DDs it writes, how it reads them and at what consistency, and what moving it off the High Performance Unload product would take — ALREADY_THE_TARGET, MAPS_KEYWORD_FOR_KEYWORD by IBM's own option table, NEEDS_REDESIGN where the base utility has no answer, or NOT_DECIDABLE where the source does not say enough to judge. Each unload also makes the one edge no other analysis makes, a Db2 table reached from a control card rather than from EXEC SQL, anchored at the EXEC card and at the CREATE TABLE. FindHpuUsage answers the same question and marks the EXEC cards in the source; this one produces the tables and changes nothing.
