Find CICS resource access

Build the program to resource matrix for CICS: which files, temporary storage and transient data queues, programs, transactions and maps each program touches, and whether it reads, writes or transfers to them. This is the input to decomposition work, because two programs that write the same file cannot be separated without deciding who owns it. Resource names supplied by a data item are resolved through the literals that reach it where exactly one does, and reported as dynamic otherwise.
