List relationship kinds

Write out every relationship each kind of mainframe resource can have, both ways round, as the schema the relationship rows are read against. A view of a program can then show that nothing calls it, rather than showing nothing — which is the difference between an answer and a gap. This is a fixed vocabulary and does not depend on what is in the repository, so it reports the same rows over any source.
