Find copybook drift

Report fields that a copybook declares differently, or not at all, in different programs. A copybook is supposed to be one declaration shared by every program that copies it, and when that stops being true — a private copy taken years ago, a REPLACING that reaches into the picture, a field added to the library and not picked up — nothing announces it. The programs still compile and the copies still look alike. This is the check that a shared record is still shared.
