Remove StreamsConfig.ZOOKEEPER_CONNECT_CONFIG from Kafka Streams configuration

Kafka Streams stopped using ZooKeeper in 0.10.2 and ignored zookeeper.connect from then on, and Kafka 2.0 removed StreamsConfig.ZOOKEEPER_CONNECT_CONFIG. Removes the statements that put it into a Map or Properties, and replaces any other use of the constant with the "zookeeper.connect" literal.
