Migrate TaskMetadata and ThreadMetadata

io.moderne.recipe:rewrite-kafkaMigrates TaskMetadata and ThreadMetadata from org.apache.kafka.streams.processor package to org.apache.kafka.streams package, and updates TaskMetadata.taskId() calls to include .toString() for String compatibility.
