Migrate Kafka Streams exception handlers to the Response API
ProprietaryKafka 4.2 deprecated the handle and handleSerializationException methods of the Kafka Streams deserialization, processing and production exception handlers, and the response enums they return, in favor of handleError and handleSerializationError returning a Response (KIP-1034). Implementations are renamed, and CONTINUE, FAIL and RETRY become Response.resume(), Response.fail() and Response.retry(). As Response is not an enum, files that do more with the deprecated enums than return or assign their constants, such as comparing them or passing one as an argument, are left alone. So are files that implement or call the older handle and handleSerializationException overloads without an ErrorHandlerContext.
