Migrate KafkaStreams.CloseOptions to org.apache.kafka.streams.CloseOptions

Kafka 4.2 deprecated KafkaStreams.CloseOptions and KafkaStreams.close(KafkaStreams.CloseOptions) in favor of org.apache.kafka.streams.CloseOptions (KIP-1153). The timeout carries over, and leaveGroup becomes a GroupMembershipOperation. Leaving the group unset meant staying in it, so that is kept as REMAIN_IN_GROUP rather than the new DEFAULT, which leaves the group under the streams rebalance protocol.
