Migrate KStreamBuilder to StreamsBuilder

Kafka 2.0 removed KStreamBuilder, deprecated in 1.0 in favor of StreamsBuilder (KIP-120). Serdes move into Consumed.with(..), a store name into Materialized.as(..), several topics into a list, and new KafkaStreams(builder, ..) takes builder.build(). Overloads with an AutoOffsetReset, a TimestampExtractor or a StateStoreSupplier, and the methods StreamsBuilder lacks, are left for a person.
