Pass the mapped join key to GlobalKTable joiners

Kafka 4.4 deprecated the KStream.join and leftJoin overloads for a GlobalKTable that take a ValueJoinerWithKey in favor of ValueJoinerWithStreamAndMappedKey, whose joiner also receives the join key the KeyValueMapper produced. A lambda joiner gains that key as its second parameter, so the call resolves to the new overload with the joiner's behavior unchanged.
