Migrate MirrorMaker 2 configuration removed in Kafka 4.0

Renames the MirrorMaker 2 *.blacklist settings, including those under a replication flow prefix such as A->B.topics.blacklist, to their *.exclude replacements, and removes use.incremental.alter.configs and add.source.alias.to.metrics. Only properties files that configure MirrorMaker 2 clusters are changed.
