Migrate Consumer varargs TopicPartition methods to take a Collection

Kafka 0.10.0 changed Consumer.seekToBeginning, seekToEnd, pause and resume from taking TopicPartition... to taking a Collection<TopicPartition>. Wraps the partitions in Collections.singletonList or Arrays.asList, and passes Collections.emptyList() for a call without partitions, which keeps its meaning.
