Replace `broker.id` with `node.id`

Kafka 4.4 deprecated broker.id in favor of node.id (KIP-1232). Only KRaft configurations, which set process.roles, are changed, as a ZooKeeper-mode broker requires broker.id. A file that already sets node.id drops broker.id; elsewhere broker.id is renamed.
