Replace WsConfigurerAdapter with WsConfigurer

WsConfigurerAdapter was deprecated in Spring WS 4.1 and removed in 5.0. WsConfigurer declares default methods and can be implemented directly. Calls to the adapter's empty super methods are removed, and a bare new WsConfigurerAdapter() becomes an empty anonymous WsConfigurer.
