Remove HandlerMappingIntrospector uses for Spring Framework 7.1

Spring Framework 7.1 removes HandlerMappingIntrospector. This removes @Bean methods that only create one, and HandlerMappingIntrospector parameters of @Bean methods that do not use them. Other uses are marked for review.
