Migrate removed LastModified support

Spring Framework 7.0 removed HandlerAdapter#getLastModified, AbstractHandlerMethodAdapter#getLastModifiedInternal and the LastModified interface, and DispatcherServlet no longer calls them. Overrides that only return -1 and are not called elsewhere are removed. Other overrides are kept without @Override and marked for a manual migration to WebRequest#checkNotModified, as their last-modified handling no longer takes effect. Calls to the removed Spring methods are marked, and implements LastModified is removed.
