Migrate CookieLocaleResolver#setCookieName(String) to the constructor
ProprietaryCookieLocaleResolver#setCookieName(String) was deprecated in Spring Framework 6.0 and removed in Spring Framework 7.0. This recipe moves the cookie name into the CookieLocaleResolver(String) constructor and removes the setter call.
