Migrate CookieLocaleResolver#setCookieMaxAge(Integer) to Duration

CookieLocaleResolver#setCookieMaxAge(Integer) was deprecated in Spring Framework 6.0 and removed in Spring Framework 7.0, leaving only the Duration overload. This recipe wraps the seconds argument in Duration.ofSeconds(..).
