Replace WebContentGenerator#checkAndPrepare

WebContentGenerator#checkAndPrepare was deprecated in Spring Framework 4.2, as its lastModified flag is ignored, and its overloads were removed in 6.0 and 7.0. Calls are replaced with checkRequest followed by prepareResponse or applyCacheSeconds, wrapped in a block where a single statement is expected. Calls in a lambda expression body, calls made on another instance, and calls whose lastModified argument may have side effects are marked for a manual migration instead.
