Remove RequestMappingHandlerMapping path options that restate the default

Spring Framework 7 removed setUseSuffixPatternMatch, setUseRegisteredSuffixPatternMatch and setUseTrailingSlashMatch from RequestMappingHandlerMapping. Suffix pattern matching has been off by default since 5.3 and trailing slash matching since 6.0, so calls passing false are removed. Calls passing true change behavior and are left for manual migration.
