Pass a JsonMapper to JacksonJsonHttpMessageConverter

JacksonJsonHttpMessageConverter only accepts a JsonMapper, where MappingJackson2HttpMessageConverter accepted any ObjectMapper. Retypes the ObjectMapper passed to the converter constructor when it is created with new ObjectMapper(), is a local variable initialized with a JsonMapper, or is a @Bean method parameter. Any other ObjectMapper argument gets a TODO comment, as retyping it could break code elsewhere.
