Preserve Tomcat relative redirect behavior when upgrading to Spring Boot 4.2

Add server.tomcat.servlet.use-relative-redirects=false to existing Spring configuration files in embedded Tomcat applications to preserve the default before Spring Boot 4.2. Explicit configuration is retained.
