Migrate from Undertow to Tomcat
ProprietarySpring Boot 4.0 dropped Undertow support. Remove spring-boot-starter-undertow and, in modules that depend on it, the spring-boot-starter-tomcat exclusion, so that the embedded server falls back to the default Tomcat. Replace UndertowServletWebServerFactory with TomcatServletWebServerFactory; calls to Undertow-specific methods have no Tomcat equivalent and are marked with a TODO comment instead.
