Migrate remaining spring-retry usages to a generated compatibility class

Rewrites spring-retry usages without a direct Spring Framework 7 equivalent, such as RetryTemplate.execute(RetryCallback, RecoveryCallback), callbacks reading the RetryContext, RetryListener implementations and retry policies configured outside of a single method, onto a generated SpringRetryCompat class built on Spring Framework 7's RetryTemplate, preserving spring-retry semantics. Mockito stubs of RetryTemplate.execute(..) are updated to match the Retryable passed to Spring Framework 7.
