Migrate the monolithic Spring Boot starters

In modules on a monolithic Spring Boot starter, rewrites the classic starters to the minimal spring-boot-starter / spring-boot-starter-test, adds the modular starters implied by the module's package usage, and removes spring-boot-autoconfigure.

Recipe list

It runs these recipes, in this order.

  1. Change Gradle or Maven dependency org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-starter-classic
  2. Change Gradle or Maven dependency org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-starter-test-classic
  3. Add Spring Boot 4.0 starters for the libraries in use
  4. Remove a Gradle or Maven dependency org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-autoconfigure
