Migrate KafkaProperties build methods to KafkaConfigBuilder
ProprietaryReplace explicit calls to the four top-level KafkaProperties build methods with KafkaConfigBuilder in Spring Boot 4.2. Nested buildProperties calls, subclass receivers, implicit receivers and method references are left unchanged to preserve their semantics.
