Replace HttpMessageConverters beans removed in Spring Boot 4.2

Proprietary

Spring Boot 4.2 removes HttpMessageConverters. A @Bean method that returns new HttpMessageConverters(converter) is changed to return the HttpMessageConverter itself, which Spring Boot adds to the server and the client converters. One that returns several converters becomes a ServerHttpMessageConvertersCustomizer bean and a ClientHttpMessageConvertersCustomizer bean that add them. Other uses of HttpMessageConverters are marked for review.
