Replace GenericJackson2JsonRedisSerializer constructors without an ObjectMapper with the builder

GenericJacksonJsonRedisSerializer, the Jackson 3 replacement of GenericJackson2JsonRedisSerializer, has no no-arg constructor and none taking a type property name. Those constructors configured default typing for any type and support for Spring Cache's NullValue, so this recipe replaces them with GenericJacksonJsonRedisSerializer.builder().enableUnsafeDefaultTyping().enableSpringCacheNullValueSupport(), adding typePropertyName(..) when one was passed.
