Rename spring-boot-starter-amqp-test to spring-boot-starter-rabbitmq-test

Rename the pre-4.2 spring-boot-starter-amqp-test dependency to spring-boot-starter-rabbitmq-test. The old artifact name is reused for generic AMQP 1.0 support in Spring Boot 4.2.
