Rename spring-boot-starter-amqp to spring-boot-starter-rabbitmq

Rename the pre-4.2 spring-boot-starter-amqp dependency to spring-boot-starter-rabbitmq. The old artifact name is reused for generic AMQP 1.0 support in Spring Boot 4.2.
