Add Spring Boot 4.1 gRPC starters to modules using Spring gRPC

Add the Spring Boot 4.1 gRPC server and client starters based on the use of io.grpc types, but only to modules that already use Spring gRPC. Plain io.grpc usage is not enough: Boot's gRPC auto-configuration would start a second gRPC server in projects that run their own, such as competing gRPC starters.
