Remove streamToolCallResponses(..) from tool calling advisor builders
ProprietarySpring AI 2.0 removed streamToolCallResponses(..) from the builders of ToolCallingAdvisor and ToolCallAdvisor, as streaming the tool call responses left memory advisors with a tool call request but no tool response. This removes the call from builder chains and statements.
