Drop the with prefix of Spring AI builder methods

Spring AI 1.0.0-M6 removed the withX(..) methods of its options, document, metadata and advisor builders in favour of x(..), such as OpenAiChatOptions.builder().withModel("gpt-4o") becoming OpenAiChatOptions.builder().model("gpt-4o"). A float literal passed to an option Spring AI now takes as a Double, such as the temperature, becomes a double literal. OllamaOptions is changed only where it is built with OllamaOptions.builder(), since its withX(..) methods were instance methods.
