Replace FunctionCallback.builder() with FunctionToolCallback.builder(..)
ProprietarySpring AI 1.0 replaced FunctionCallback with ToolCallback. This rewrites FunctionCallback.builder().function(name, function) chains, with their description(..), inputType(..) and inputTypeSchema(..), to FunctionToolCallback.builder(name, function). Chains that set a schema type, a response converter or an ObjectMapper have no direct equivalent and are left for review, as are FunctionCallback.builder().method(..) chains, which MethodToolCallback replaces.
