Migrate Dropwizard `MultiPartBundle` to Spring multipart configuration

Removes bootstrap.addBundle(new MultiPartBundle()) and its import, and adds spring.servlet.multipart configuration (enabled, unlimited sizes) to the module's Spring configuration, creating application.yml if none exists. Spring Boot enables multipart support automatically. Only modules that actually registered MultiPartBundle are configured.

Usage
